The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and the State Board of Education are looking for feedback on the statewide education strategic plan.
The survey will be on DESE’s website, where Missourians can comment on areas of focus that should be prioritized in the plan, according to DESE.
The deadline for the survey will be 5 p.m. on Sept. 26, and all responses will remain completely anonymous, according to DESE.
DESE said that insights gathered from the survey will be used to guide policy for the next several years. Participation will ensure that the Board of Education and DESE will have a more comprehensive understanding of needs in the state, according to a news release.
