A York businesswoman known for her street food has lost more than 3 stones after she put health and fitness to the forefront.
For Emily Hargroves life had naturally been busy being a mum of toddler, Flori, 4, and forming a new business up until this point.
Emily and husband Chris are the founders of YUZU street food, which they founded 2019.
The well-known eating establishment is located at Brew York on Walmgate and various other sites across Yorkshire. It is an industry that often requires long, unsociable hours.
