A new club is set to open in Las Vegas, which will be much different from the mega-nightclubs that define the city’s entertainment landscape. There are no DJs, no gravity-defying bottle fairies gliding through the room delivering illuminated Louis XIII decanters to tables, and no confetti or smoke cannons.
Lifting the rope on the Strip’s next big thing, Zero Bond, the New York City private members-only social club known for attracting an A-list-plus-plus crowd with its ubiquitous buzzy vibe will debut in late 2025 at Wynn Las Vegas. This is the first time an internationally known, membership-driven club has ventured to the desert. It’s an experiment that Bond Hospitality Group’s Scott Sartiano and co-founder Will Makris are willing to bet on. Sartiano reveals to The Hollywood Reporter that Zero Bond’s two membership tiers (Founding and General) are officially accepting applications.
“Las Vegas is a growing city that has become an international hub with all the sports franchises, art museums and movie studios being built,” Sartiano says. “The unique things that Zero Bond brings to New York are now needed in Las Vegas. It’s not just a place to eat or drink. It’s a place to meet and connect. It’s a community of people—and we are building a community in Las Vegas. We consider ourselves a luxury hospitality brand and Wynn is the standard bearer for luxury hospitality in Las Vegas, if not the world.”

For a $1,000 one-time initiation and $2,750 per year, General Members will have access to all amenities: the venue overlooking Wynn Golf Club; Members Grill with fine-dining menus curated by three-time James Beard Award Foundation-winner Alfred Portale; The Salon, “ZB’s center of gravity,” for work and play, a versatile space for conversation, cocktails and connection; a sculpture garden; wine lockers and humidors; and private valet. Chef Michael Rubinstein, a born-and-raised Las Vegan and former chef of Momofuku and Vetri, will manage the kitchen day-to-day.
A limited number of Founding Memberships are also available. These require a one-time initiation of $50,000 and annual dues of $7,500 (which includes access for a spouse). This tier provides reciprocity with Zero Bond New York and the ability to nominate up to three others for membership consideration. Members can also send guests to ZB Las Vegas without being present.

So, who’s getting in? Sartiano offers this advice: “The biggest thing is having a referral. We want people to be connected so the community will grow.”
Additionally, everyone must apply, regardless of Wynn Casino player status level, and a membership team reviews the applications. What exactly does this committee look for? Notable figures from culture, arts, politics, business, technology, fashion and gastronomy industries, yes. The website’s frequently asked questions give as much of an official answer as you will get: “Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas seeks accomplished and refined individuals to join the community, offering them the chance to connect and cultivate relationships with equally ambitious and visionary members. While they do not discriminate based on race, socioeconomic status, or profession, they are highly particular on character. They will only accept members that display a high level of integrity and demonstrate an ability to contribute to the Zero Bond community.”
“The membership team, including myself, read every word written on every application. Community building is everything for us. We take real pride in putting that together. We want nice, considerate, successful people who want to be social,” he says.
Sartiano will not reveal the number of membership slots, but he envisions it primarily catering to sophisticated yet culturally-underserved Las Vegas locals and being built specifically for their needs.
“For me, Zero Bond is one of the first things built on the Strip for locals. You can drive up to the back of the resort with a private valet. You can enter Zero Bond without ever going into the casino. We are along a golf course with outdoor space. It’s not your typical Las Vegas experience,” he says. “We always want it to be busy enough so that people enjoy the experience but it’ll never be overcrowded.”
All those accepted will engage in cultural events, unique culinary events, fireside chats, musical performances and VIP gatherings.
Expect to rub shoulders with entertainment and business execs, former presidents, athletes, Hollywood stars, musicians, art people and more. You will probably see the Strip’s headliner du jour here, but they will be hanging versus working.
“Zero Bond is not for one industry—mixing bankers with athletes, actors and artists, putting them all together and creating this diverse ecosystem socially. In Las Vegas, we’re going for something similar. We want movers and shakers and captains of industry. The purpose is to have a curated community that people step into and feel comfortable—like they’ve known someone forever who they just met because of the membership connection.”
Designed by Wynn Design & Development in collaboration with Tihany Design, a statement from the resort reads, “the interiors of Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas were inspired by the early 20th-century residences of Milan’s most esteemed barons of fashion, banking, art and trade.” Zero Bond Las Vegas’ physical location includes, in part, the former chairman’s private villa and the long-shuttered Country Club restaurant.
“When I looked at the golf course and saw [the space], [I knew], I’m in the right place,” he says.
There’s more coming, but Sartiano isn’t telling.
Zero Bond New York opened in 2020, characterized as a members-only urban lodge and social workspace, and located in a 20,000-square-foot Victorian-Gothic mansion. It quickly became the epicenter of the city’s social universe simply through word of mouth, as there is a strict privacy policy. You will never find a photo of what happens behind its gilded doors.
Before Zero Bond, Sartiano established himself as one of New York City’s most successful hospitality impressarios. In 2000, after opening Butter Restaurant, he formed The Butter Group. Over the next 15 years, he created, owned and operated Butter Downtown, Butter Midtown, The Darby, Up and Down and 1 Oak. In 2011, he opened 1 Oak nightclub Las Vegas at The Mirage in partnership with Andrew Sasson’s The Light Group.
Now, Sartiano’s Bond Hospitality also includes other venues such as New York City’s Broken Coconut, Rose Lane, Darling Rooftop, Sartiano’s, The Mercer Hotel and The Newbury Hotel Boston.
