Washington Chinese Culture Festival road closures

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — There will be road closures and parking restrictions in D.C. this Saturday for the Washington Chinese Culture Festival.

These streets will be closed to parking and traffic from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Aug. 30:

• Constitution Avenue from 3^rd Street to 4^th Street, NW

• Pennsylvania Avenue from 3^rd Street to 4^th Street, NW

These streets will be designated for local traffic only from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Aug. 30:

• Constitution Avenue from 4^th Street to 7^th Street, NW

• Pennsylvania Avenue from 4^th Street to 7^th Street, NW

• 6^th Street from C Street to Pennsylvania Avenue, NW

• 4^th Street from Madison Drive to Pennsylvania Avenue, NW

Any cars parked in violation will be ticketed and towed.

Drivers are encouraged to find other ways around to avoid delays. Additionally, drivers should be cautious of increased pedestrian traffic.
