A teenager whom authorities said has mental health issues was arrested in Bernardston, Franklin County, on Monday after they stole a family member’s vehicle and drove it through three states, authorities said.
Brattleboro police in Vermont said around 7 a.m. they got a call from the Hinsdale police in New Hampshire asking for help with a 14-year-old with a mental health emergency.
The teenager stole a family member’s vehicle and drove away from police in Hinsdale, the Brattleboro police said.
