Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman haven’t kept their hands off of one another since they first got together in 2005, and after 20 years, the spark is more alive than ever. However, insiders just alleged the activity that keeps said spark alive. No, it’s nothing bedroom-related or even romantic, but it does build up a sweat.
Insiders alleged to Closer Weekly that Urban and Kidman have been bonding over working out together, and it’s reportedly done wonders for their marriage.

“Instead of going off separately with their trainers, they do it together. Whether that’s taking a spin class together, or doing a session in the weight room, or going on a hike, they’ve realized that getting their sweat on as a couple is a great way to strengthen their relationship,” they said to the outlet. “He’ll whip her up a gorgeous fruit smoothie if he gets up first in the morning. It means a lot to her because he’s paying attention to what she really enjoys. And it doesn’t hurt that they both look fantastic, that certainly helps to keep the spark alive!”
They added that Kidman has always been health conscious, but as of late, they’ve both been crazy about it. They said to the outlet, “Nicole is a huge health nut when it comes to what she puts in her body and she used to have to nag Keith to eat healthy. But as he’s gotten older he’s become a lot better about it and now they both encourage each other.”
Well, they both look fantastic, and happier than ever, so we’re happy about this new healthy lifestyle change for them. “It’s a chance for them to destress and laugh together and have a little healthy competition, as well,” the insider added. How sweet!

For those that don’t know, Kidman and Urban met back in Jan 2005 during the G’Day USA gala. They didn’t date til months later, and then they got engaged one year later. They married a month later in 2006, and welcomed two daughters together named Sunday, born in July 2008, and Faith, born in Dec 2010. (Kidman also has two children from her previous marriage to ex-husband Tom Cruise: Bella, born in Dec 1992, and Connor, born in Jan 1995.)
