Public Safety Career Information Session
Wednesday, February 12 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Sequim Civic Center, 152 West Cedar Street
This public safety informational session is an opportunity for future candidates to learn about careers in law enforcement, dispatch, and corrections. The Sequim Police Department will host the event with neighboring agencies, including the Port Angeles Police Department, Port Townsend Police Department, Clallam County Sheriff’s Office, Clallam County Correction, Peninsula Communications, JeffCom 911, and the Washington State Patrol. Light refreshments will be served.
5:00 to 5:30 p.m. — Open recruitment “tabling” session where candidates can connect individually with participating agencies.
5:30 to 6:30 p.m. — A panel discussion about day-to-day work in public safety careers, the application process, and to answer candidate questions.
Public Safety Testing (PST)
Sunday, March 2 at 9:30 and 10:00 a.m.
Sequim Civic Center, 152 West Cedar Street
