ITTA BENA – People in The Delta looking for jobs had a big opportunity this past week.
Mississippi Valley State University held its fall career expo Tuesday, giving students and alumni a chance to explore different careers with experts from dozens of companies and government groups.
The Delta News was a participant in the expo and talked with several alumni, students, and even a baseball player about opportunities in broadcasting.
The U.S. Army, The Marine Corps, school districts as far away as Missouri, and companies like Turner Construction and Milwaukee Tool all participated in Tuesday’s event.
