Delano is making a complete renovation of its historic Miami Beach place and launching new hotels in SoHo New York and London. Delano Miami Beach: A Tribute to Iconic Luxury
The Delano Miami Beach, the original property where the brand first defined modern luxury with its unique design and cultural spirit, will reopen in early 2026. The property will offer a reimagined experience that blends Miami’s rich cultural landscape with world-class hospitality. Set in the heart of South Beach, the hotel will feature 171 rooms, including luxurious Penthouse Suites and Poolside Bungalow Suites. In New York City, Delano SoHo will bring the brand’s signature blend of luxury lifestyle to Hudson Square, just steps away from the renowned SoHo district. Delano’s expansion continues in London, with the opening of Delano London near Kensington Gardens in late 2026.
