While the billionaire businessman defended the move as “principled” and “the right decision,” his involvement in a film centered on Melania has certainly got fans talking.
The documentary will take an unprecedented look into Melania’s life from her early days in Slovenia, where she was born in Melanija Knavs in 1970 when it was part of Yugoslavia.
It will also look back at her journey into the world of fashion when she was just 16 years old and how she pursued an international modeling career.
After changing the spelling of her name to Melania Knauss, in 1996, she moved to the United States, quickly establishing herself in New York’s elite social circles – where she ultimately met her now-husband Donald.
This isn’t the first time Melania has given her fans a look into her life as last year she released her memoir, Melania, in which she detailed her early years, to life in the spotlight as the First Lady, as well as becoming a mother to her son Barron.
