CLEARFIELD- Mature Resources supports the PA Department of Aging’s Mission of Promoting “healthier lifestyles among older Pennsylvanians” to improve quality of life and ultimately reduce overall healthcare costs.
The goal is to empower older adults with knowledge and direction to age and live well, by providing research-based programs within the Clearfield County community.
The following classes will be offered:
Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program
Clearfield Center for Active Living, 119 North Second Street, Clearfield on August 19 and August 22 and every Tuesday and Friday through October 31 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

- Empower older adults with the information needed to age well
- Support older adults in making lifestyle changes to improve overall health
- Reduce the utilization of the healthcare system
