Ken Jennings may be busy hosting Jeopardy!, but it looks like he still found time to do something else he loves.
As some fans may know, the TV host isn’t just a personality they see on the air every weeknight. Ken also has written a collection of books over the years, with his last title being published back in 2023, and now he’s about to publish another!
In a surprise announcement shared on Instagram on June 2, Ken announced he’s adding one more book to his growing literary catalog. Titled The Complete Kennections: 5,000 Questions in 1,000 Puzzles, the work will debut on bookshelves beginning July 29, 2025. And if that’s not enough, he noted how he’s working on an audio version of the book as well.
“How do you record an audiobook of a 5,000-question puzzle book?” he wrote in the caption. “Does Will Shortz have to do crossword audiobooks? I have to figure this out this week or @Simon.Audio is going to want their money back. If you have faith that this will work and want to pre-order the audiobook, there’s a link in the comments below.”
As fans learned about Ken’s latest book also being made into an audio version, they immediately voiced how excited they were for the project.
“I AM BUYING THAT AUDIOBOOK!!!!!” one person wrote in the comments. “Oh it will absolutely work 😌🔥🎧🤍,” another noted. “Here for all of this! 🙌🙌🙌,” a different follower added.
As for what it’s about, the book’s official website says it’s inspired by Ken’s popular online game Kennections: “For the first time, the Kennections canon is available in one convenient volume, with hundreds of new and updated quizzes.”
And if that’s not enough, Ken has another exciting thing in the works! He is slated to have a surprise cameo in the upcoming Netflix movie Happy Gilmore 2 (out on July 25).
“Did you spot the Kenmeo? 😎,” the show teased in the caption.
Congrats, Ken!
