A programme for people with life-limiting conditions has been hailed as a success.
The Pear Tree Fund, based in Halesworth, ran the eight-week healthy lifestyle programme for people living with a life-limiting diagnosis.
The programme was funded by Halesworth division councillor Annette Dunning from her locality budget.
It combines breathwork, healthy eating, modified yoga, and coaching while encouraging peer connection.
The support group said the programme had been a ‘truly transformative journey for participants’.
A spokesman for the Pear Tree Fund said: “The impact has been remarkable.
“Many participants made meaningful lifestyle changes, from improving their nutrition to incorporating gentle movement and stress-management techniques into daily life.
“Most importantly, the supportive group environment helped create motivation, making these changes feel both achievable and sustainable.
“We are deeply inspired by everyone who took part and grateful for the opportunity to offer this vital support.
“Seeing people regain confidence in their health and well-being is exactly why we do this work.”
