Brad Flora is running for a seat on the Bellefontaine City School Board of Education.
Flora, a longtime Bellefontaine resident, and his wife have been active members of the district since their daughters began kindergarten.
Their oldest is now a 21-year-old college junior, and their youngest is an 18-year-old senior at Bellefontaine High School.
A firefighter in Central Ohio, Flora brings 25 years of public service experience to his campaign.
Flora sat down with News Director April King to talk about his campaign:
He says his time in the fire service has deepened his dedication to safety, community, and service.
Flora says he’s running to help ensure Bellefontaine City Schools provide every student with a safe, supportive, and high-quality learning environment.
His goal is to continue strengthening the district so that every child has the opportunity to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
