Black Angus Steakhouse will be about food and fashion this week as it marks National Cowboy Day.
It falls on Saturday, July 26, and guests who wear cowboy boots or hats will be offered a $15 gift card, according to a news release from the Burbank-based chain. Guests who dress up a little more can enter a cowboy fashion show at 7:30 p.m. that evening to compete for a $100 gift card. Details are on the Black Angus website.
Participants can sign up on a special event page at the OpenTable reservation site or talk to a staff member, the news release said.
Specials available Thursday, July 24 through Sunday, July 27 include two filet mignon medallions, a lobster tail and a side. Rewards members can get it for $19.99. The price is $24.99 for nonmembers.
Drink specials include Dirty Dr. Pepper Coconut, Dirty Dr. Pepper Blackberry & Cream and a nonalcoholic Dr. Pepper ice cream float. Long Island Iced Teas will be $6.
On Thursday, July 24, which is National Margarita Day, Gold Strike Margaritas will be $4.
