Several recent graduates from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff have received full-time job offers through the support of UAPB’s Office of Career Services.
Each student highlighted also participated in the university’s fall 2025 commencement in December.
“These career outcomes reflect UAPB’s continued commitment to preparing students for competitive careers through experiential learning, employer engagement, and individualized career coaching,” according to a news release.
Honorees include:
Tyler Garlington, for agricultural engineering. Garlington received a job offer from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service as a civil engineer, contributing to sustainable land and water resource management.
Raelynn Geiggar, for business administration and management. Geiggar accepted a position with Apptegy as a client success manager, supporting client partnerships and education-focused solutions.
Empress Roberts, for industrial technology management and applied engineering. Roberts accepted an offer from Turner Construction to serve as an assistant engineer, joining one of the nation’s leading construction management firms.
Jessica Robins, for business administration and management. Robins received a job offer from PepsiCo as a sales management associate, beginning a career with a global leader in consumer goods.
Darion Strain, for agricultural engineering. Strain accepted a position with Cargill as an operations management associate, supporting global food and agricultural operations.
Cornelia D. Watts, for business administration and international business. Watts received a job offer from Amazon as an area manager. Watts was also named one of the top five recipients of the Chancellor’s Medallion at commencement in December. The Chancellor’s Medallion is UAPB’s highest academic honor, awarded to the top graduate from each school based on cumulative grade point average.
