The latest Kaley Cuoco headliner got some headlines this past week. The four-part drama will drop on Prime Video on February 27 and co-stars Sam Claflin. The descriptions have this as a mystery and primarily taking place in Paris, the press release reads that it’s about a couple’s trip to Paris that “takes a dark turn with the sudden disappearance of her boyfriend Tom (Claflin) aboard a train to the south of France, Alice (Cuoco) is plunged into a web of intrigue and danger, uncovering shocking secrets about the man she thought she knew.”

In more Prime Video news and to followup on last week’s news, the streamer this week announced that its Guy Ritchie show Young Sherlock will drop all eight episodes on March 4. The streamer also has a new teaser trailer this week which you can see below. Described as an origin story, the press information goes on to read as follows: “follows the origin story of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s beloved detective in an explosive re-imagining of this iconic character’s early days. Sherlock Holmes is a disgraced young man – raw and unfiltered – when he finds himself wrapped up in a murder case that threatens his liberty.”
On what was Jane Austen’s 250th birthday this past week, Masterpiece PBS made the announcement that they are in early development on season two of Miss Austen. Gil Hornby’s novel, The Elopement, will be inspiration for this upcoming season that “further delves into the family life of Jane and Cassandra Austen.” In season one, which had a released in May, Keeley Hawes played Cassandra. PBS noted casting and more announcements would be at a later date.
