University of Northern Iowa canceling classes Monday to allow for travel after snowstorm

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa (Iowa’s News Now) — The University of Northern Iowa has canceled classes Monday following the holiday weekend snowstorm.

UNI announced Sunday classes will be canceled on Dec. 1 to allow students to return to campus following heavy snow across the state.

Iowa State University also canceled classes Monday due to the storm.
