BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- The Pathways2Possibilities career expo returned to the Coast Convention Center for its 12th year, bringing thousands of students face-to-face with potential career paths.
This year’s event marked one of the largest yet, with over 6,000 8th graders participating from ten Mississippi counties.
Students engaged in hands-on activities across 19 different career paths with industry professionals on site to share what their jobs entailed and the education or training required.
The expo helped students discover new possibilities and explore paths they may not have considered before.
Thursday will be the final day of the expo, giving students another opportunity to explore their options.
