A former church tower has been turned into a seven-story home – and is now deemed as ”one of the most unique conversions in the UK.”
St James Tower located in the center of Cardiff is now a residence carved from Church of St James the Great.
It has been restored and redeveloped by current custodians into a seven-storey home – blending Victorian with modern-day designs.
Once a place of worship, the tower is now on the market for $1,045,000.
Estate agents Jeffrey Ross say it is “one of the most unique conversions” in the country.

It offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet, a formal dining room and generous living area.
The agents added that St James Tower combines urban convenience with monumental architecture – and a “true one-of-a-kind home.”
The wider church site has been transformed into 16 exclusive apartments.
