The North Central Indiana Regional Planning Council — comprised of Cass, Clinton, Fulton, Howard, Miami and Tipton counties — unveiled the region’s first Arts and Culture Strategic Plan on Tuesday at the Vibrant Event Center in Logansport.
The release party was a celebration of the 11-month planning process designed to foster a cohesive, supported, and collaborative arts and culture community across the region, according to a press release from NCIRPC.
