One of the region’s largest college career fairs will bring more than 180 employers to Cedarville University this fall, offering students, alumni and community members the opportunity to reconnect with employers in person — a refreshing shift in today’s screen-driven job market.
The Fall Career Fair will be held Wednesday, Oct. 8, in the Doden Field House from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Employers from a wide range of industries — including business, healthcare, engineering and ministry — will be on hand to meet attendees and discuss potential internship and job opportunities.
“The career fairs help students gain confidence, networking skills, and opportunities that often lead to internships and full-time jobs,” said Cam Arminio, associate director of Career Services. “Employers benefit by meeting well-prepared students who are eager to serve Christ through their professional calling.”
While the fair primarily serves current students, it’s also open to alumni and local job seekers.
“It is a way for us to serve not just our students but the broader community as well,” said Arminio.
Career Services provides students with resume reviews, mock interviews, LinkedIn coaching and networking workshops — resources aimed at preparing students for long-term professional success.
As Cedarville invests in equipping students, the Fall Career Fair provides a practical, high-impact opportunity for anyone — from freshmen to seniors — to start building their future.
