Dancing With the Stars fans, Tom Bergeron is dipping his toes into a different side of entertainment.
The former TV host has done many things in his career, like emceeing the beloved dance series and being the face of America’s Funniest Home Videos. But now, he’s doing something completely different in his career—and it has something to do with Hollywood legend Dick Van Dyke.
As fans may remember, Dick’s latest memoir 100 Rules for Living to 100: An Optimist’s Guide to a Happy Life is debuting on bookshelves on November 18, 2025, and excitedly, Tom will be voicing the audiobook version of the literary work. What’s more, Tom spoke out about how special being part of the project means to him.
“Final day recording this youngster’s audiobook,” he wrote in the caption on September 19. “I had a great time ‘being’ my remarkable friend. 🤍.”
As soon as folks learned that Tom was working on something this special, they couldn’t help but get excited.
“Can’t wait to listen to it! 🙌,” one person wrote in the comments. “Absolutely love this!! ❤️🙌,” another shouted out. “Perfect casting,” a different follower added.
Earlier in the month, Tom had posted a photo of himself with Dick and his wife Arlene Silver on Instagram. Although, he expressed he was working on a project with the couple, we didn’t know what it was for.
Now that we know, we can’t wait.
