Jane Sturrock has been appointed Thorsons and Lifestyle publisher at HarperNonFiction. She will join on 7th October 2024.
Sturrock joins the division following nine years at Quercus, where she published the likes of Sarah Knight, Layla Saad, Francesc Miralles and Héctor Garcia. At HarperNonFiction she will head up the cookery, lifestyle and Thorsons team.
Her direct reports will include Thorsons and publishing director Lydia Good, with news of an imprint launch from Good and her team to follow shortly. Sturrock will commission directly into Thorsons with a focus on health, wellbeing and personal development as she begins to put plans in place for the centenary celebration of the list.
