Bitter cold has descended upon Mississippi, and the temperatures will keep dropping. Snowfall totals on Tuesday could be as high as 3-4 inches in far south Mississippi. Road conditions could be hazardous, especially south of the Jackson area. Accumulating snowfall could be possible at daybreak Tuesday in south Mississippi.
