Inspire360 has launched Inspire360 Club, a new education platform designed to overhaul how gyms and health clubs train, upskill and retain staff as operators increasingly look for more modern, scalable learning solutions.
The platform brings together courses, certifications and continuing education from a broad network of fitness and wellness education providers into a single ecosystem, addressing long-standing complaints around fragmented content, outdated learning management systems and low engagement among trainers.
Inspire360 Club blends micro-learning, AI-powered tools and gamification into a centralized hub built specifically for health clubs. The platform offers specialty certifications, continuing education credits (CECs), CPR and safety training, sales education and certification verification, while enabling clubs to create structured learning pathways for staff development.

The American Council on Exercise (ACE) has been named the exclusive beginner-level certification partner for Inspire360 Club, providing foundational education for entry-level trainers. Additional partners include TRX, Exos, Eleiko, Certified Functional Strength Coach (Mike Boyle), Oxygen Advantage, Gray Institute, ProNatal, Human Motion Associates, Jim LaValle and the Mental Wellbeing Association, among others.
The launch comes as health clubs face mounting pressure to improve onboarding speed, staff consistency and retention, particularly as demand grows for more specialized coaching across strength, recovery, pre- and post-natal fitness and mental well-being.
Inspire360 Club positions itself as an alternative to what it describes as “content warehouses” and low-engagement virtual trainings that dominate the current landscape.
Beyond education, Inspire360 Club includes built-in incentives aimed at improving staff retention. Trainers gain access to discounted certifications, preferred pricing on specialty education and savings on equipment from industry partners — benefits Inspire360 says can enhance compensation packages and club culture.
Built by Inspire360’s in-house engineering team, the platform builds on the company’s legacy in fitness education technology, which traces back to the IDEA Health & Fitness Association and ClubConnect. Inspire360 currently powers education ecosystems for major fitness organizations and health clubs, delivering more than four million courses to date.
